Introduction

At Saman Prefab, we strive to provide high-quality prefabricated structures and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for order cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders

Custom orders (non-standard sizes, special configurations, or bespoke designs) are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming custom orders.

Standard Orders

Before Production:Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
After Production:Refund based on work completed (minimum 50% deduction)
After Dispatch:No cancellation or refund possible

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, send a written request to cancellations@samanprefab.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are processed within 2-3 working days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancellation within the eligible timeframe as per the policy above
  • Products received with manufacturing defects (verified by our team)
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong specifications confirmed at time of delivery)
  • Products damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Damage caused by customer misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability at delivery site
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation approval or defect verification.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

Refund Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit to your account.

Deductions

The following may be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Administrative fee (5% for cancellations before production)
  • Cost of materials already procured
  • Labor costs for work completed
  • Delivery charges if applicable

Defective or Damaged Products

Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@samanprefab.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

Resolution Options

For verified defects, we may offer:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts
  • Full product replacement (if defect is major)
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion based on the severity of the defect)

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about your order or refund, please contact our customer service team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all issues amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect your ability to place future orders with us.
