Welcome to Saman Prefab. By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or engagement with our company.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing orders for our prefabricated cabins, site offices, or any other products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Services

Saman Prefab manufactures and supplies prefabricated structures including but not limited to:

  • Portable site office cabins
  • Labour quarters and accommodation units
  • Guard rooms and security cabins
  • Portable toilets and sanitation units
  • Storage containers and warehouses
  • Custom prefabricated solutions

All products are manufactured according to specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Custom orders may require additional lead time and may be subject to different terms.

Orders and Pricing

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Saman Prefab. Order confirmation will be provided via email or phone. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

  • Standard orders: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch
  • Custom orders: 60% advance, 40% before dispatch
  • Large projects: Payment terms as per contract agreement

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, prices confirmed at the time of order will remain unchanged for that specific order.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery Timeline

Standard products: 7-15 working days from order confirmation. Custom products: 15-30 working days or as specified in the order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, quantity, and accessibility. Charges will be clearly specified in the quote. Free delivery may be offered for orders above specified value within certain regions.

Site Requirements

Customer must ensure site accessibility, level ground, and necessary permissions for installation. Any additional work required for site preparation will be charged separately.

Warranty

Saman Prefab provides warranty coverage as follows:

  • Structural Warranty: 5 years against manufacturing defects in steel structure
  • Panel Warranty: 3 years against delamination and manufacturing defects
  • Electrical Warranty: 1 year for electrical fittings and fixtures
  • Paint and Finish: 1 year against peeling and fading under normal use

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be made in writing within the warranty period with supporting evidence.

Cancellation and Refunds

Order Cancellation

  • Before production starts: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
  • After production starts: Refund based on work completed (minimum 50% deduction)
  • Custom orders: Non-refundable once production begins

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from cancellation approval. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saman Prefab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Saman Prefab or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through dialogue before pursuing legal action.

Amendments

Saman Prefab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
