Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Distance from our manufacturing facility in Bangalore
- Total weight and volume of the shipment
- Number of units ordered
- Site accessibility and location type (urban/rural/remote)
Free Delivery
Free delivery is offered for orders above ₹2,00,000 within Karnataka and neighboring states (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala). For other regions, free delivery threshold may vary.
Charge Structure
Installation Services
Standard Installation (Included)
Basic installation is included in the product price for most items. This includes:
- Unloading and placement at designated location
- Leveling and basic alignment
- Connection to electrical supply (if provided)
Additional Installation Services (Charged Separately)
Additional services available at extra cost:
- Foundation preparation or civil work
- Electrical wiring and fittings beyond basic connection
- Plumbing connections for toilet units
- AC installation and ducting
- Multiple unit assembly and integration
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery and installation, customers must:
- Ensure clear access to the delivery site for our truck (minimum 12ft width)
- Provide level ground or prepared foundation at the installation location
- Obtain necessary permissions from local authorities if required
- Have an authorized representative present at the site during delivery
- Ensure electrical connection point is available within 20ft of installation location
- Inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage immediately

We notify you when production begins and completes
Dispatch Notification
You receive dispatch confirmation with truck details and ETA
Site Coordination
Our team contacts you 24-48 hours before arrival to coordinate
Delivery & Installation
Product is delivered, installed, and handed over after inspection
